Eurae Edition
Hey guys! This month’s product to try was Eurae, the supplement that touts itself as the over the counter GLP-1.

To begin with, anything that seems too good to be true normally is, and so just for the sake of integrity, I actually have been using this product for the last three months. I began while still on my medications, and things started out bad, and by bad, I mean explosive diarrhea. The combination of too much fiber mixing with a cocktail of other drugs whose side effects were gastrointestinal distress did not bode well for my review of this product. However, I lowered my dose and began again, slowly working my way up to what is now just half a dose twice a day.
So be forewarned, don’t begin with four pills. Start with one or two, then gradually increase if you can. I have found that two pills is my sweet spot while on metformin, an ssri, and a diuretic. As I came off my medication due to being unable to keep up with the premiums of my insurance, my results actually improved. Eurae really does zap food noise.
How does it work?
According to their website, Eurae uses four key ingredients to smash hunger. Glucomannan, a natural prebiotic fiber, helps fill you up and aids digestion, 5 HTP supports mood and appetite regulation, Chromium, in the form of chromium picolinate, supports healthy blood sugar levels and enhances metabolism, and green tea extract to give you an energy boost. I’m here to say, I did feel the effects of it, despite my binge eating disorder. I was still ravenously hungry on binge days, but I didn’t want to eat because I felt full.
I didn’t like how full it made me when I took the full dose, however. I have a lot of back injury related nerve pain that expresses itself in my stomach area, and the added discomfort of all that glucomannan only made me feel worse, so if you have stomach issues like I do, I would recommend asking your doctor before you try it. The other issue was the incredible pissy feeling I got from the green tea. I am eternally frustrated right now, and I think that the ‘energy’ the capsules gave me just added to the irritation.
I do want to remind you that I did come off an ssri cold turkey which I don’t advise you do at all, so one reason I took this trial slowly was to make sure that any side effects I felt were due to the supplement and not due to me trying to kill myself detoxing off of big pharma. After I lowered the dose, things got better, and I felt that I had to remind myself to eat, instead of constantly craving anything that can help distract me from the pain.
I eat for two reasons. One, I hurt all the time since my back injury, and emotional pain fills me daily because of my traumatic experiences I can’t seem to shake. The second reason I eat is boredom. I have a huge melon brain that loves to be invigorated, and the best serotonin source I can seem to find is fat, sugar, and salt. It’s not even about control to me; it’s about that pop of relief to my pain and distraction of focusing on the flavor. If I could find a pill to replace that distractive ability in the foods, I’d be addicted to it instead, but unfortunately, I’m a food junkie.
I’m also addicted to sex, but this is a family friendly blog, so we won’t cover that. Getting to know your trainer a little too much? Sorry, I promised myself I’d tell you like it was honestly, without shame. Plus, if it helps one of you realize the reason you overeat, then I have helped you identify a problem and now you can find ways to fight that problem.
So, Eurae does as it advertises. It’s not going to make all the hunger or noise go away, but it does a great job at calming my cravings and helping me forget that I am empty. I can go longer between meals without feeling hangry, and I feel that my workouts have been more productive from the energy. So yeah, try it, go directly to their website and order it, because there are now scammers out there spoofing the label and probably feeding us ground grass or something. Just be wary that the subscription cannot be cancelled until after two months, so you’ll be out the cost of two months’ supply if you choose to subscribe for the discounted price.
On another note, great things are coming for my little coaching site! I have been building a workout area to do my yoga in and to record the podcast in. I took a 6 x 10 greenhouse and have outfitted it with a camp stove for heat and solar lighting so I have a place to go and get away from the men folk. I will also be working on a line of ETSR jewelry so that you guys can buy some merch to remind yourself that the goal is to be relentlessly happy. I have been far too sad for far too long and I know that there are a lot of you ladies and gents that feel the same way. We are going to crush this thing! Your goals are achievable if you just keep at it and be consistent, and even if you don’t use any supplements at all, I know that you can do this! I just mention this because I know that I have not been consistent on my postings, and I do apologize for being distracted by my physical projects going on. I am still fighting depression. I have a lot that is going on that is too much sometimes, and soon, I know, I will get into the flow of things again and be more reliable. Thank you for being patient! Go out and bring it!
Rebecca
